Cancellation conditions (valid for reservations up to 15 places)

We have confirmed a reservation for the date you requested. We can well understand changes in your plans, which is why we grant you a contractual right of cancellation. If you exercise this right of withdrawal ("cancellation"), the following provisions apply:

1. your cancellation can be made verbally, in writing, by fax or by e-mail.

2. please note that we distinguish between the following cancellation cases:

a. Cancellation of Day Reservations:

aa. A day reservation exists if the beginning of the reserved period and its agreed end ("booked date") fall within the time before 5:30 p.m..

bb. If the cancellation is made 1 hour before the booked appointment or earlier, you will not incur any costs.

cc. If the cancellation is made later than 1 hour before the booked date, a cancellation fee of 15.00 € will be charged for each reserved seat. H. v. 15,00 € is due.

dd. If you do not show up without prior cancellation, a cancellation fee of € 25.00 will be charged for each reserved place. H. v. 25,00 € is due.

b. Cancellation of evening reservations:

aa. An evening reservation is considered to exist if the start of the booked appointment or its agreed end falls within the time from 17.30 hours.

bb. If the cancellation is made 3 hours before the booked appointment or earlier, you will not incur any costs.

cc. If the cancellation is made later than 3 hours before the booked date, a cancellation fee of € 25.00 will be charged for each reserved seat. H. v. 25,00 € is due.

dd. If you do not show up without cancellation, a cancellation fee of € 45.00 will be charged for each reserved place. H. of 45,00 € is due.

3. the cancellation fee does not apply if it exceeds the damage that we have to expect in the ordinary course of events. The guest is allowed to prove that we have suffered no damage at all or that the damage suffered is significantly lower than the cancellation fee.
